Modernization and launch of modern treatment facilities

In the village of Uva, then a small milk collection point appeared in a wooden building. Labor was mostly manual. At that time, the plant produced a small range of products: milk, cottage cheese, sour cream and butter.

Establishment of "Uva-milk" plant

Expansion of production sites, a boiler house and a compressor room were built, new technological equipment was purchased. Design capacity is 50 tons.

Enlargement and reconstruction of the plant

The plant passed into the management of a married couple - Starovoitova Marina Mikhailovna and Emshanov Alexander Vladimirovich and became a family business. A thorough modernization of the plant - modern foreign equipment was purchased, separators, refrigeration equipment and molding units were installed.
