MLK-GROUP - three production sites

The Uva-moloko factory is the main production site of the MLK Group, the enterprise was founded in 1936. With the change of ownership in 1999, the factory was transferred to the management of Starovoitova Marina Mikhailovna and Emshanov Aleksandr Vladimirovich, a married couple. The new owners almost immediately began a large-scale modernization. In 2002, a shop for the production of dry products was built, and then a butter shop. In 2008, a shop for semi-hard cheeses began its operation. In 2014, the second shop for the production of semi-hard cheeses, similar to the Cheese Plant, was launched, as well as the second drying shop.

Since 2018, a shop for the production of soft and processed cheeses has been installed. Over 20 years of management, the married couple was able to build a unique enterprise in Russia: the factory can produce several categories of products at the same site (dry products, butter, whole milk products, fermented milk products, semi-hard cheeses, soft cheeses of the Italian and Caucasian groups, processed cheeses, spreads and cheese products), having 9 full-fledged production shops. Unfortunately, Marina Mikhailovna passed away in September 2019. Now the sons are helping to develop the common cause. For decades, the company has been following family values, preserving the traditions of dairy production, passing knowledge from father to son. Family values ​​can now be traced in all areas of the company's life - from the production of products and corporate culture to relationships with contractors and customers.

The Uva-moloko site is loaded at 100% of production capacity. The enterprise annually produces 17,000 tons of cheese, 9,000 tons of oil and fat products and 16,000 tons of dry products and manufactures more than 100 types of dairy products under the Milkovo, Molochnaya familia and Bereketle brands. Raw milk is purchased in ecologically clean areas, distant from large industrial enterprises: Udmurtia, Tatarstan, the Perm Territory and the Kirov Region. This, without a doubt, affects the quality of products. Butter, pasteurized milk and good taste qualities of whole milk products are considered to be among the best not only in the republic, but also in the country. The company has a system of three-stage quality control, and the production of products complies with the requirements of GOST R ISO 22000, which includes the principles of HACCP.

The company also produces a large share of private label products for federal retail chains. Products are presented in more than 57 regions of Russia - from the Caspian Sea to the Far East.

Dairy equipment at the factory is purchased from industry leaders, including but not limited to: GEA Group AG, Tetra Pak, SPX Flow Technology, Lekkerkerker Dairy & Food Equipment, IMA Dairy & Food Holding, REICH Thermoprozesstechnik GmbH, KARL SCHNELL.

The company is a participant of specialized food exhibitions in Moscow - World Food Moscow and PRODEXPO.

The Kasymovskiy Dairy Plant was acquired at the end of 2019 and is located in an ecologically clean area, in the village of Kalinino, Vysokogorsky district of Tatarstan. The enterprise has been operating since 2008 and specializes in the manufacture of traditional dairy and sour-milk products. In July 2020, the plant received Halal status, which indicates the naturalness of the products produced, without the use of artificial components and harmful dyes in production.

In the first quarter of 2022, the company installed and put into operation a line for fermentation and bottling of kefir, work is being completed to launch a new cheese plant, and a site is being prepared to place a milk drying shop. By 2023, it is planned to launch a modern, high-performance spray dryer from the Vzduchotorg company manufactured in Slovakia. The spray dryer will allow to produce milk powder up to 20 tons per day. In the future, the goal is to load the production site at 100% capacity, increasing the reception of milk from 80 tons to 250 tons per day.

Kasymovskiy Dairy Plant

The Kasymovskiy Dairy Plant was acquired at the end of 2019 and is located in an ecologically clean area, in the village of Kalinino, Vysokogorsky district of Tatarstan.

At present, Kasymovskiy Dairy Plant accepts 100 tons of raw milk per day and produces up to 80 tons of finished products under the Bereketle brand name.

More than 255 work places are organized at the enterprise.

Apastovskiy Dairy Plant is an enterprise about 100 km from Kazan. In 2019, an abandoned site, where only the walls actually remained, was purchased for 44 million rubles. The investment plan for the enterprise amounted to about 700 million rubles.

The renovation began in January 2020, since 2021 new European equipment has been installed: a cheese line from Lekkerkerker Dairy & Food and a modern VRA-4 spray dryer from Vzduchotorg were installed.

The plant has the prospect of becoming the TOP-3 dairy sites of the Republic of Tatarstan, the processing capacity will reach up to 450 tons of raw milk per day. Only selected raw materials from high-tech farms in Tatarstan will be used for cheese production, since the dairy plant is located in an area that is one of the leaders in the quality of raw milk.

Apastovskiy Dairy Plant

The plant has the prospect of becoming the TOP-3 dairy sites of the Republic of Tatarstan, the processing capacity will reach up to 450 tons of raw milk per day.

The equipment is at the stage of commissioning. The capacity of the lines will make it possible to produce 40 tons of semi-hard cheeses of the Gollandskiy type and 20 tons of whey powder per day.

The enterprise will create 81 new workplaces.
