Last week, the first delivery of milk powder to Egypt was realized, within the framework of the agreement signed in May between GADWA FOOD and Uva-moloko Ltd.
The meeting was attended by Senator Yasser Zaki, who is also the ambassador of BRICs (an interstate association, a union of nine states), and Svetlana Kuzmicheva, Development Director of the MLK Group Holding.
At the end of 2023, Egypt's largest holding GADWA FOOD came out with a proposal to conclude a contract for the supply of dry dairy products. After negotiations and testing of trial batches of products, the enterprises came to cooperation.
“The new strategic tasks and goals for the next 5 years are to develop exports. Throughout 2023, we studied the export market for dry dairy products and chose those areas that would be of most interest to our company. We plan to expand our geography to Libya, Iraq and Algeria. Indonesia is also a promising direction,” said Svetlana Kuzmicheva, Development Director of MLK Group.
